The National Chairman of Young Democratic Party (YDP), Aye Georgina Dakpokpo, has condoled with the families of the victims who lost their lives during the attack on the church worshippers at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Uzubulu in Anambra State.

While describing the church as a place of worship of the Almighty God, refuge and sanity for all, warned the youths of this nation to, as a matter of urgency, refrain from desecrating its usefulness, as those involved will definitely attract God’s wrath.
She noted that human life is sacrosanct and that Nigerian youths should be given more orientation and national values which encompasses the entire culture, norms and traditions of our society, as it affect lives generally.
In her words, “Youths should be more concerned on the need to contribute positively to the socio-economic growth and development of the country rather than unleashing mayhem to the society where they are part of”.
Dakpokpo condoled with the entire Christian community and urged them not to relent in their faith in God Almighty. She added that the state needs their prayers now more than ever, especially in the face of this sad occurrence. “We believe that with our collective prayers and support for the security agencies, we should be able to bring the perpetrators of this heinous crime to justice”.
She therefore called on the security agencies in the country to put all their resources to action, in order to fish out the culprits and make them face the full wrath of the law.
